As the founder of Evaluate Well, Rick Somers brings a wealth of experience from extensive participation in all aspects of higher education. Having taught as a university educator, worked within university administration, and having graduated as a student, Rick witnessed firsthand the challenges faced in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. This collective experience fueled his passion for creating solutions that address these challenges head-on and empower educational institutions to prioritise the well-being of their community members.
